The new 2017 Infiniti Q70 is a five-seat sedan that comes with powerful breakdown-test scores, a plethora of state-of-the-art safety features, and a splendid fuel economy. The new sedan comes with the external measurements of 196.1″ (L) x 72.6″ (W) x 60.0″ (H), with the wheelbase length and curb weight of 114.2 inches and 4195 pounds (approx 1907 kg) respectively.

As the next generation 2017 Infiniti Q70 comes with an extended wheelbase, the cabin of the vehicle offers more space to the passengers and the driver. The 3.7 (V6) model comes equipped with a V6 unit from the VQ series with the displacement of 3.7 liters. This power plant would deliver the new Q70 the required power and torque of 330 ponies and 270 lbs per foot respectively. When it comes equipped with the rear-wheel drive system, the model offers the city, highway and combined mileage of 16, 24 and 19 mpg respectively, whereas, with the all-wheel drive system, it offers the city, highway and combined mileage of 16, 23 and 18 mpg respectively.
Both models will be equipped with a seven-velocity automatic transmission system as standard.
Buyers who would like to have an immense fuel saving, but lose fewer horsepower, they can opt for the hybrid variant. This is for the reason that the automaker has already planned to include a hybrid variant for toe 2017 model year. It comes equipped with a V6 traditional engine with the displacement of 3.5 liters with the name 3.5-l. This powertrain will offer it performance in conjunction with a durable electric motor, but the combination will offer less power than other the two power units. However, it offers more mileage than those powertrains that ranges from 30 to 35 mpg. A seven-velocity manual transmission system will be offered as standard, but the automaker has not yet confirmed whether the hybrid variant will be offered with the automatic transmission system.
Base price and the date of release
The date of release of the 2017 Infiniti Q70 is likely to be during the second half of 2016. The base 3.7 (V6) model will be available at a preliminary cost of $50,000, whereas the 5.6 (V8) model will be available at a starting cost of $ 53,000 and it goes up to $ 70,000 according to the optional features. The minimum price of the Hybrid variant is estimated to be $58.000.
