2017 Acura MDX Review

The Acura MDX is a medium-sized vehicle, which was introduced to the market by Honda in 2000. It is a 4-door crossover, which was designed with three rows of seats(7 seating places). As the current model MDX is a highest-selling vehicle in its lineup, Honda has decided to introduce its redesigned version for the model year 2017. The 2017 Acura MDX is expected to come with a variety of interior and exterior changes, with a variety of powertrains and driving options, as well. This time also, the new vehicle will be offered with many different packages to offer buyers more options then ever before.

Exterior

The next generation Acura MDX is expected to come with a more aggressive outside look when compared to that of its predecessor. The front part comes with a redesigned hood that has been festooned with three innovative body stripes to add a little of flame. Also, it will have a diamond pentagon front grille, which was first made its appearance in the Acura Precision concept vehicle. This time, the new vehicle comes with the extended air dam, with more refined corner vents, having a flat louver in the middle and with the LED mist lights on the external edge. A unique front lip expands from the front just over the air dam, ending before the external vent edges. The external sides and the top of the vents are bounded by a trim insert, which appends, even more, flair to the general look.

It also comes with a restyled instrument cluster, which does not now include the display between the tachometer and the speedometer as in the earlier model. Some of the standard features available with the new MDX include SiriusXM Radio 2.0, automatic high ray headlamps and four numbers of 2.5-amp USB ports. The center console has been changed with a sophisticated gear shifter, as well.
