The 2017 Mazda 3 hatchback is a redesigned version of the current Mazda 3, which was recently refreshed in 2013. For the model year 2017, the redesigned vehicle will be released in both sedan and hatchback body styles. The 2017-year facelift is expected to be a mild one, as the new Mazda 3 will come with a refreshed front fascia. We saw this shape on the recently released Mazda models, such as the CX-3 and the CX-9 sport utility vehicles. While the Mazda 3 hatchback is expected to get some minor changes, it is expected that the sedan will not get much change in its external design.
2017 Mazda 3 Redesign
The new Mazda 3 2017 is expected to come with minor external changes. The chrome wings of the grille of the refreshed Mazda 3 are now thicker and they blend into the headlamp clusters directly. In the same way, the shape of t headlight and the inside graphics have been changed to some extent to account for its innovative interaction with the chrome frame of the grille. In the 2017 model Mazda 3, the Mazda emblem is now positioned completely within the confines of the front grille.
Other external changes to the front part of the new vehicle include a revamped lower air intake, fog lights, and indicators. The turn indicators on the wing mirrors have been changing they’re positioned from the side to a fresh band down the lower edge of the mirror shelter.
Around back, the sedan will not get any changes, whereas the all-new Mazda 3 hatchback may get some minor changes in its reflector designs and in rear mist lights.
